For years, I played the game exactly as I was taught—climbing the corporate ladder in the mortgage and fintech worlds, managing high-stakes projects, leading teams of 250+, and making multi-six-figure decisions trusted by top executives and the CEO.
By all accounts, I had “made it.”
And yet... something felt off.
Because often, the problem isn’t that we’re not trying hard enough—it’s that we’re trying too hard to fit ourselves into systems that were never designed for who we are.
I didn’t know it at the time, but I was wildly out of alignment with my energy. And when the inevitable breaking point came, I had no choice but to rebuild from the inside out.
What I’ve learned—and now help my clients embody—is this:
Success on paper doesn’t mean success in your soul.
And when you’re wired differently—whether as a sensitive high performer, a rebel with a mission, or someone who simply can’t do “pretend success” anymore—traditional models start to feel more like a trap than a reward.
But here’s what I know for sure:
You don’t have to choose between success and alignment.
You don’t have to shrink, conform, or squeeze yourself into someone else’s version of power.
You get to be you. And you get to have your success be on your terms.
I'm elena
Advisor, consultant, mentor, guide, cat mom, auntie to three nephews (and two insanely needy and goofy dobermans), old movie addict, amateur cinnamon roll recipe tester, Michigander turned Coloradan, Human Design Projector, Libra sun, and Aquarius rising and moon.
I spent 18 years navigating the corporate world, from leading to strategizing to effectively outsourcing all things Excel (because let’s be real—I had more important things to do and I am highly skilled in Jedi mind tricks).
But after moving to Colorado in 2021, I realized I wasn’t just overdue for a career shift—I was overdue for a full recalibration of my life and reclamation of my soul.
At first, I thought I just needed a new job. Turns out, my soul had bigger plans. Instead of just changing careers, I found myself shedding toxic shame, chronic anxiety, and about 5,000 lbs. of emotional and energetic baggage that had been quietly weighing me down. (Turns out, wine, takeout, and overworking aren’t actually great problem-solving tools.)
For years, I had been achieving, performing, and over-delivering—but I had lost touch with my own inner compass. Rediscovering my sensitive, intuitive nature wasn’t just a revelation—it was a homecoming.
And learning to leverage those parts of myself—alongside my strategic expertise and analytical experience—has allowed me to build a business rooted in holistic transformation.
Because true success isn’t just about structure, and it isn’t just about energy—it’s about integrating both in a way that feels aligned, sustainable, and deeply fulfilling.
I know how terrifying it can feel to step away from everything you think you know about yourself—especially when your success has been built on being the one who “has it all together.”
But here’s what I want you to know: This process doesn’t have to be painful. It doesn’t have to feel like losing yourself. In fact, it can be the most empowering and enjoyable transformation of your life.
Welcome to a place where you can breathe, recalibrate, and finally step into the version of yourself that was always waiting beneath the noise.
